Any unwelcome sexual behaviour in the form of:

• Physical contact and advances
• Demand or request for sexual favors
• Sexually colored remarks
• Showing pornography
• Any other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature

Types of Sexual Harassment :

• Quid Pro Quo (something for something)

Any demand or request for sexual favors resulting in preferential or detrimental treatment on the job.

• Hostile Work Environment

Any unwelcome sexual behavior interfering with one's work or creating an intimidating, offensive or hostile work environment.
