Any unwelcome sexual behavior contributing to an unfriendly, uncomfortable, and/or hostile work environment amounts to sexual harassment.

Any demand or request for sexual favors resulting in preferential or detrimental treatment on the job.
Hostile Work Environment
Any unwelcome sexual behavior interfering with one's work or creating an intimidating, offensive or hostile work environment.
